  • Can I order tickets for someone else as a gift?
  • Yes. To order tickets as a gift, proceed with checkout as usual. When the screen prompts you to enter your Shipping Address, enter the address of the person you would like the tickets to go to. Your name does not appear on the tickets, so feel free to send them to yourself and give them as a gift.

  • I tried to purchase tickets, but they disappeared from my shopping cart. What do I do?
  • When you click the “Proceed” button, you are automatically taken to PayPal’s secure payment site. Your shopping cart is emptied in order to process your payment. If you do not complete your payment, and attempt to return to your shopping cart, it will be empty. When this occurs, either wait 30 minutes for the tickets to come back for sale or pick new seats and proceed with your purchase.

  • What if I want some else to pick up tickets on the night of the show?
  • You must present a valid ID to pick up tickets at Will Call. For this reason, you may not have someone else pick up your tickets.

  • How do I know my order was placed successfully and I have tickets to the show?
  • Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the details of your order. The e-mail will contain all the information regarding your purchase, including your row and seat number.

  • What is a Will Call?
  • Will Call is the ticket box located at each of the venues. When you select the Will Call option for delivery, you may pick up your tickets at the door of the event. Your tickets will not be mailed to you.

  • What will I need to pick up my tickets from the Will Call?
  • To pick up your tickets, please bring your ID. Simply present it at the Will Call window and receive your tickets.

  • Can I refund my tickets?
  • No. All purchases are non-refundable. In the case of an event cancellation, however, the full amount of your purchase will be refunded to you in a timely manner.

  • Can I cancel for any reason after I place an order?
  • No. All purchases are non-refundable. Although our sales are final, you have the option to remove tickets from your shopping cart. Your credit card will not be charged until you checkout using our secure checkout.

  • Will I get a refund if my event cancels?
  • Yes. In the event of a cancellation, your full purchase price will be refunded to you in a timely manner.

  • Will my tickets be shipped to me the same day I order them?
  • If you chose to have your tickets shipped to you by mail, your order will be processed within 24 hours. Your tickets will be shipped within 48 hours.

  • Can I have my tickets shipped to an address different than the address on my credit card?
  • Yes. Enter the address you want the tickets shipped to in the Shipping Address field.
